Newly Crowned World Champion Miki Ando and 2011 World Silver Medalist Takahiko Kozuka to Join the 2011 Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung Tour for Select Performances
Canada’s premier figure skating Tour, Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung, proudly welcomes newly crowned World Champion Miki Ando and 2011 World Silver Medalist Takahiko Kozuka as special guests for select performances. Fresh off of competitive ice, both Olympians medaled at the 2011 World Figure Skating Championships in Moscow, Russia this past weekend. Ando reigned victorious beating out Olympic Gold Medalist Kim Yu-Na for first place in the ladies’ competition, claiming her second World title in five years. Kozuka placed second in the men’s competition. He is the current Japanese National Champion. Ando will be joining the Tour when it glides into Victoria, BC on Tuesday, May 10th at Save-On-Foods-Memorial Centre. Both Ando and Kozuka will guest star in the final show of this year’s Tour in Vancouver on Friday, May 13th at Rogers Arena.

Canada's premier figure skating tour, Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung, has brought together a superstar ensemble of Olympic, World and National Champions from all over the globe for its 21st season. This year's cast promises to deliver fans of all ages the ultimate live figure skating experience with a gathering of legends past, present, and future. It will visit 12 cities nationwide beginning in Halifax, NS on Thursday, April 21st.

The Sears Stars on Ice presented by Samsung Tour is proud to congratulate its newest cast member Cynthia Phaneuf, who captured gold on Saturday January 22nd at the 2011 BMO Canadian Figure Skating Championships.

Marie-France Dubreuil and Patrice Lauzon proudly announce the birth of their first daughter
Billie-Rose Lauzon was born on Friday, December 24th, 2010 at 11:48 P.M. at Pierre-Le-Gardeur Hospital in Montreal, Quebec. She weighed in at six pounds twelve ounces and measured twenty inches.
