2026 STARS ON ICE TOUR ADDS NATIONAL CHAMPIONS TO CAST
Toronto, ON — As Canada sets its sights on the 2026 Winter Olympics, the nation’s brightest figure skating stars are preparing to take centre ice together this spring. Fresh off the Canadian Figure Skating Championships, Stars on Ice proudly announces exciting new cast members who further elevate the tour’s strong Olympic presence while celebrating both the future and legacy of the sport.
Among the standout additions are 2026 Canadian National Pair Champions Lia Pereira & Trennt Michaud, who have earned their first-ever Olympic selection. The breakthrough pair has rapidly emerged as one of the most exciting forces in Canadian skating, delivering a season defined by momentum, confidence and championship success.
They are joined by Olympic medallist Kaetlyn Osmond, one of Canada’s most decorated figure skaters and a fan favourite whose power, artistry and competitive fire helped define a golden era of Canadian success on the world stage. Also making his Stars on Ice debut is Olympian and two-time Canadian Champion Roman Sadovsky, whose elegance, technical precision, and international experience continue to inspire the next generation of elite skaters.
Additional headliners fresh from Olympic competition will include two-time Olympians and five-time Canadian Dance Champions Piper Gilles & Paul Poirier; Olympian and four-time Canadian Champion Madeline Schizas; and World Champions and two-time Canadian Pair Champions Deanna Stellato-Dudek & Maxime Deschamps.
Anchoring the tour is Canadian skating icon Elvis Stojko, a two-time Olympic Silver Medallist and three-time World Champion, whose explosive athleticism and enduring passion remain a cornerstone of Stars on Ice. He is joined by Olympian and two-time Canadian Champion Keegan Messing, adding further depth and star power to the cast.
Together, this extraordinary ensemble showcases the excellence and Olympic ambition of Canadian figure skating as the country looks ahead to Milan-Cortina 2026.
The 2026 tour will once again be guided by the vision of Kurt Browning, four-time World Champion and longtime Stars on Ice fan favourite, who returns as Director and Choreographer. Browning’s signature creativity and storytelling will help bring the heart of Canadian figure skating to life on rinks across the country.
Launching in Halifax, NS on Thursday, April 23, and concluding in Chilliwack, BC on Saturday, May 16, Stars on Ice will visit 13 cities nationwide, delivering a high-energy, emotionally charged live experience unlike any other.
