Biography

Roman Sadovsky first stepped onto the ice at just five years old, originally with dreams of playing hockey. By the time he was eight, he had shifted his focus to figure skating and began training seriously under coach Tracey Wainman. He quickly found success on the junior circuit, winning two ISU Junior Grand Prix gold medals and finishing fourth at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympics.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Sadovsky continued to build momentum as he moved into the senior ranks. He went on to become a two-time Canadian national champion in 2020 and 2025 and represented Canada at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

In 2026, Sadovsky is set to make his Stars on Ice tour debut, marking an exciting new chapter in his skating career.
